Psychological Health and Leadership in the Public Sector: Understanding, Supporting and Transforming Psychosocial Safety Climate

Why this conference, and why now?

Psychological health at work is not only an individual matter. It also reflects organizational decisions and the working conditions created by organizations.

With hybrid work, digital transformation and growing performance expectations reshaping the workplace, public sector organizations need to rethink the conditions that support health and well-being at work. Rapid social and societal changes are also creating new pressures for public organizations and the people who work in them.

Psychosocial safety climate is increasingly recognized as an important factor in preventing risks and supporting psychological health at work. This conference will bring together researchers, managers and practitioners to deepen our understanding of the organizational factors that influence psychological health and to share knowledge and practices that can make a difference.

Public sector leaders cannot fulfill their mission without healthy, engaged teams. This conference is an opportunity to bring scientific and professional knowledge together. By strengthening leadership practices, we can help create work environments where people are encouraged to contribute and thrive.
